Lemon Myrtle

A classic Australian plant long known for its powerful constituents of antiseptic, anti -fungal, anti -inflammatory properties, exceptionally high levels of citral, vitamin C and plant nutrients. A favourite during winter, offering immune support and an abundance of health giving qualities.

 

Wild Rosella

A must have ingredient, with high levels of plant proteins, enzymes, vitamins and minerals. Sweet tasting, a cleansing tang and together with its soft pink essence, it is the perfect addition to our ‘herbal tea.

 

Australian Peppermint

Cleansing, uplifting and refreshing. Peppermint is regarded as a powerful digestive aid and supports healthy circulation. Clears and calms your mind.

Use a small teaspoon full per cup, extra for a tea pot, then let steep for a few minutes.

Wait for the rich colours to develop along with the subtle and invigorating aromas of the Australian bush. Can be reused until the colour and aroma have diminished.

Left over tea can be chilled and drunk cold and used as a facial mist or toner.
